- Host's responsibility (Phase 2: matching guarantee compensation)
4. Platform-side cancellation
- Notice + alternative schedule
5. Refund procedure (Phase 2 only)
- Request → processed within 7 days
6. Dispute resolution

- Second: Korea Consumer Agency dispute committee
